Dear Folks
It has been confirmed that the Jubilee Celebrations will take place on 20, 21 and 22 April 2007 at the Tirohanga Hall.
The tentative format is as follows:
FRIDAY evening start 6.30 p.m. A “meet and greet” with continuous supper.
SATURDAY starting at 1 p.m. our formal welcome. Light afternoon tea provided with various
activities being organised. Dinner at 6.30 p.m. followed by dance and light supper.
SUNDAY Start at 11 a.m. with luncheon and closing ceremony.
Saturday please feel free to look around district and visit your old farm.
Helicopter rides (at your expense) over district will be available on Saturday if enough interest shown.
History Book to be published will be available for purchase. If you have any relevant information that could be included, we would need to have this by 10 December 2006.
To enable us to accurately calculate the costs involved with each function, we MUST have the following information. Would you please fill in the attached sheet and return it to us with your registration fee ($10.00 per head) no later than 10 December 2006.

As we are not contacting every ex-resident, we are hoping that you, as original settlers, will contact your families about this reunion, so they can register and join us too.
Please feel free to copy the registration form and give to any members of your family to fill in and return as well.
